relaxation



Hello, everyone. How are you?
I'm just feeling a little depressed, because there was an unpleasant thing on the weekend.
But, I became slightly cheerful because I'll can meet everybody tomorrow.
When I meet everybody, I can get well, so I'm looking forward to meet everybody tomorrow.

When I am depressed and feel stress, I try various things to be relaxed. For example, I light the candle, burn the incense and aroma oil, listening to music that the feeling is settled down and so on. In addition, I go to the beauty treatment salon, go to Karaoke and sing song and talking with my friend in the cafe.
How are you relaxed? Please tell me.

By the way, I tried to make short movie (proverb movie), I couldn't it.
I can't use the computer well, it's difficult for me...
