Life-style related disease is connected with underexercise and smoke of the cigarettes. So, it's necessary to keep off smoking and regularly exercising. Almost people won't be continued them. Aerobic exercise is effective for such people. For example, aerobic exercise are jogging, swimming, walking and cycling. These exercises don't task our body, it is very important that we continue them only 20 minutes every day. When they aren't continued alone, there is way to continue with the friends and family. In addition, we must think about eating habit. We have better keep off as cakes and juice and oily foods. We ought to try to eat a lot of vegetables and the foods which are good for our body. In particular, we try to take in a lot of proteins, minerals and vitamins. And we mustn't take too much in oil and sugar. Moreover, it's important to chew the foods well. It is effective for the diet to chew well. Besides, we have to prevent life-style related disease that we go to bed early and get up early. We should defend our health by ourselves.

Problem and Solution
At present life-style related disease is a serious problem in Japan, because irregular life of people causes this disease. Life-style related disease is related with biabetes mellitus and hypertension and dyslipidemia. And a famous example is metabolic syndrome. Metabolic syndrome is connected with overweight. In Europe and America, increase metabolic syndrome of the children, too. And sleeping is related to this disease. Lack of sleep has bad influence on our body. Other examples are cancer and Cerebral Vascular Disorder and heart disease. They have been ever thought that we became sick by aging, so they were called adult disease. But, in recent years they understood that life-style are related deeply. And not only the adults but also the children suffer from this disease recently. The death rate is very high in this disease and Japanese death rate exceeds 60 percent. Accordingly we must prevent them.
